If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please know that customers are entitled to full refund within 14 days, for any reason. Please note that this applies to 14 calendar days, not business day, starting from the date of receipt of the item and ending with the date of delivery of your return post. Should the date of delivery exceed the specified 14 days, your return request will not be processed. We recommend that you login into your account within 7 days of receipt of items and click on Good Return Application. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service hotline and book our collection service to ensure that the return can be processed in a timely manner.
Item：Needs to be in the original brand-new condition as when received
Clothing: no sweat/grease/color stains or damages on both interior and exterior. Shoes: protective film on soles is to remain intact. No scratches on soles from walking. Bags: no scratches on the surface or metal parts. Accessories: accessories and jewelry are to remain completely intact. No stains or scratches on leather products.
Packaging: Needs to maintain the original packaging as when received
Clothing: original factory tag must be completely intact and item is repacked in the original Fashionni packaging. Shoes: no damages, stains or replacement of the original shoe box. Item must be returned in its original condition. Bags: no stains or replacement of the original dust bag. Item must be returned in its original condition. Accessories: item must be returned in its original box, together with its product label or quality tag.
Anti-Counterfeit Label: Needs to remain intact and undamaged
RFID Label: Every Fashionni product is printed with a radio frequency identification sticker with a Fashionni label. This contain details of the supplier. The sticker cannot be reused once torn. Do not tear, damage or discard this sticker until you have confirmed that the item does not have to be returned or exchanged. Otherwise your return application would not be processed.
Security Seal Tag: Needs to remain intact and undamaged
Security Seal Tag: Every Fashionni item is equipped with a special security seal tag. This tag is a patented product which uses special equipment to obtain information on the product shipment. Once cut, it can not be restored. Do not cut, remove or discard this tag until you have confirmed that the item does not have to be returned or exchanged. Otherwise your return application would not be processed.
Return or Exchange
You wish to discontinue this purchase and return the item. In the event of a refund, your previous purchase amount will be refunded to your account in the form of “cash” upon receipt of the returned item. This account could be your bank card, credit card or Alipay account. The cost of return shipping will be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please note that your refund will exclude the costs of initial delivery and return shipping.
You wish to exchange the item instead of cancelling this purchase. In the event of an exchange, your previous payment amount will be e-mailed to you in the form of a voucher upon receipt of the returned item. Vouchers are valid for 365 days and can be transferred to friends and relatives, or to be used to offset your next purchase. Return shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by Fashionni. You will not be charged for the return shipment and the value of the voucher will be equal to the price of the item paid. However, please note that the initial delivery fee for your purchase is not refundable.
Fashionni has different policies and procedures for refunds and exchanges. This was designed to prevent abuse of the Fashionni Return Policy and Terms of Service. If you have received a defective product, please take a photograph of the product immediately and call our customer service hotline. We will arrange to resend the item or process a full refund as soon as possible. We strive to avoid unnecessary cost and loss of time, and to optimize the shopping process between physical boutiques and fashion lovers.

Please log in to your account, on the Orders page, you can find your order history. Please choose click the order number which you want to return, and select items you wish to return. Select either Refund or Exchange. Please indicate your preferred time and address for the collection. Click Goods Return Application.
Print the shipping coupon:
Within 12 hours of your return application, our customer service agent will send you an email to verify your return application and inform you of the details of the return. A shipping coupon with details of your collection address and the merchant return address will also be attached in the Email. Please pack the item in accordance with the return requirements and print out the shipping coupon.
Wait for collection
the pre-arranged courier will pick up the items as scheduled. If you are in the EU, please hand over the sealed package to the courier. If you are outside of the EU, please prepare your identification papers for the courier to check and calculate the import and export clearance fees.
If your shipping address is within the EU, VAT will be included in your refund. If your shipping address is outside of the EU, import duties charged at the destination country may not be refundable. Refund of import duties depends on the country’s tax laws and regulations. At present, refunds applied from China include the import tariffs. For refund applications in other countries, please refer to the applicable tax policy of the destination country and follow the steps given by Fashionni to complete the return process. Please do not return the goods on your own initiative. Customers are responsible for any delays or additional costs arising from their in-compliance.
Once we have received your returned items, they will be checked within 24 hours. If the item complies with our Return Policy, your refund will be completed within 48 hours. At this time, we will e-mail you to confirm the refund information. Costs of initial delivery and return shipment will be deducted from the refund. Different banks and payment methods may require different lengths of time, hence we do not guarantee that the refund will be returned to your account within 48 hours. It is possible that the refund may take up to 10 working days. If you have not received a refund within 30 days of returning the items, please contact customer service.
